Sorry about the typo, it was my rage about your calling the Sontaran race idiots.
But we agree that they are entirely devoted to war, however they would know what to do with a bicycle and could probably very quickly transform it into an effect array of weapons. Chainrings and sprockets as throwing stars, chains as garrotes, handlebars as trip weapons, forks as spears and the frame could be covered over and used as a shield. Hardly the behaviour of a complete idiot.
