I am not fussy on what condition there are as long as all parts are working

Pro PLT 100mm or 120mm with +/-10 degree
3T ARX Pro 110mm with +/-6 degree
Specialized Multistem 110mm with 20-28 degree (2 degree increments)

The stem has a 30+ positive rise with short reach so should ease any pressure on the back when used with a touring bar

I've got this Sugino Road crankset and matching BB.
I could throw in some single chainring bolts for a coupla quid and all you would need to do is loose the granny ring.

have some wellgo b25 alloy flats for £10, scuffed but good if you'd like them
