I didn't add any clouds if thats the implication, I just converted it to black and white and with a red filter.

Getting to grips with the many additional features on my D7000 (over the old D40)
u1 u2 seems a helpful little feature, now i can take my IR setup (vintage manual 50mm with R72 and ND8) without needing to fiddle settings everytime I switch lenses! -

They told me off for trying to photograph the racing, so the only shots I got were of the people in the depressing betting area.

Selling my Panasonic GX1 with the famous Lumix 20mm f1.7 pancake and a Panasonic 14mm f2.5
All in good condition, with boxes, manuals etc, part from the 14mm lens.
Looking for
£150 for body
£180 for 20mm f1.7, incl Hoya UV filter that's been on there since I got the lens
£80 for 14mm f2.5 lensNo scratches on lenses, everything's working perfectly and is in great condition. Never been out in the rain or cold. Hasn't seen much use at all tbh as I've been shooting film lately, so not many shutter actuations. Can take photos of the kit, but you know how it looks.
Price negotiable if you get the lot. Pickup in Dalston or Shoreditch, can post at cost if you paypal in advance.

So I recently decided to just sell all my DSLR stuff and get a Fuji X100. Absolutely amazing little camera, definitely don't miss carrying around a full frame body and L glass all day. The focal length is great too, only thing I was worried about was having a wide option for landscapes and stuff though the panoramic function seems to work really well for that sort of thing.
Anyway, some shots from my recent wander about China...

Thank you. Nearly uploaded all my shots. It's been a real mission!
I didn't do an awful lot apart from adjusting contrast and saturation and playing around with monochrome colour filters in Aperture.

Im having trouble getting anything more than very average out of my Fuji X10
From some googling theres apparently a knack to getting the right setting on the fly, just need to think of somewhere good to practice

Thanks. I was deciding between the X-E1 with the 35mm and the X100. In the end I got the X100 as it was cheaper but think the 50mm equivalent would have been too restrictive. Plus I really like having an OVF, even though the EVF on both cameras are great.

Yeah lovely stuff. I'm toying between te x-e1 and x100s too. As there will be a 35mm equivalent lens out this year, I think the x-e1 might win. Want some wider angle for landscape shots, and also try doing street stuff with a longer lens, ie the 60mm. The current 50mm equivalent will prob just tie me over until the 35 arrives, love that focal length.
Jebus. Did you use a polariser?
