Howard - yep that's pretty much our route - a bit more through Regents Park - main issue is that it doesn't go up Swains!
There's an alternate twist where just after the 5k mark you go from along Cressy Rd, then Savernake then cross into Parliament Hill Fields cycle path which delivers you to the bottom of Swains!
The trouble with What's App is that bloody annoying whistle alert thing.
