• Single speed for 15t and below I would imagine (check out the available in bit of those page: http://www.dmrbikes.com/products/hubs/single-speed-screw-on-freewheel ), it will be cheaper to get new hub not cranks and I would have thought having the more normal thread size would be better too.

    Also wouldn't be surprised if someone made bigger freewheels for the smaller threads. But either way 36 h hubs are hardly rare are they?
