As has been said already .. From an acceleration point of view, the 'rotational' weight is the best place to start saving weight. From a climbing point of view, there is no difference between 'rotational' and 'real' weight. Your 1500g wheel will feel like 1500g at constant climbing. Also look at the details. Someone mentioned shoes but also what pedals are you using?
