    None. A 25 isn't long enough to require a reduced effort compared with a 10. If there is a difference, it's that the gain from doing only one standing start might be more or less than the loss from doing only one final minute.

    10% speed change would be a huge drop in power. Even a 10% drop in power would be more than you should need when switching up to 50 miles, and that equates to roughly 3-4% drop in speed
