Those are Campag Record cranks and Phil hubs on that budget tarck looking ugbeast.
Upon suggesting to OP that he should just reduce the amount of YELLOW! to get a pretty reasonable looking build, he stated future improvements involved replacing the seatpost and cranks with black anodised parts :facepalm:
