Yeah man, you looked like you were grinding away a bit in the fast bunch stuff. There were times where I felt like a washing machine moving up the outside on the banking on 84", but generally was quite happy - I think it keeps your much fresher for the whole session if you're on a lower gearing.
Must remember to roll around the track centre a bit more in between the drills instead of standing around - took until the 4th lap in the H&H's for my legs to feel OK.
