  • The reason behind quantifying training load and effort at the MAMIL end of the spectrum is, mainly, because I like gadgets, and therefore why the fuck not? But, also, I have a job, a girlfriend, a never ending flat refurbishment- one thing notable by its absence is free time to ride my bike.

    So- in order not to suck when it comes to events such as the one this weekend I try to make the most of the time I have, which means specific measurable training with defined goals. The gadgets genuinely help with this.

    But mainly I like the gadgets, so ner.
