Robinmarine, in my limited experience of Seikos, all have been good.
had a few 7009 fives, and some other random cheap eBay jobbies.
Value for money on Seikos is pretty decent, and have a good fanbase if you ever want rid.
I'd say go for it, I'm becoming a watch fan, but my champagne tastes/ lemonade money prohibit me taking it up full time!
