Sorry, rep'd is a lfgss slang term of giving positive reputation to another user, if you see beside your post there is a comment button, you can choose whether to give a positive or negative comment to the user, which in turn effects their lfgss category, ie. 4th being the base, then 3rd,2nd,1st,elite,world champion,etc, you can view your 'rep' by going to your User CP and scrolling down a bit
