nope, I have a girlfriend but no moustache.

the lack of track bikes is a result of way more stringent laws that are actually enforced, i'm pretty sure its illegal to only ride front brake over there, let alone brakeless.

I was wondering if this was the case.

I kinda got the impression that bike theft was fairly low judging by the amount of shitty locks people used, and bike with just a lock around the wheel but not actually locked to anything.
