Free wheels give you the option to rest, thus not making you use the gears you have in your legs as much.
Also I still don't understand why anyone even mentions anything but fixed gear / single speed bikes on this forum?! I was not aware that had joined a cycling BS forum at any point.
This is the LFGSS HHSB thread and I'll put rotors on any English threaded track frame I choose! Wrong thread and the wrong forum on both counts...
