Hi, is there any paint damage, has it been repainted? Are you willing to post?
-
• #7
Areet. There is very minimal paint damage consistent with careful use; overall the paint job is stunning.
The previous owner had it repainted at Mercian at some point; hence the quality of the finish.
I would consider posting if you pay for the courier, but someone's already asked to pick it up from the shop via PM. Will let you know if it doesn't happen! -

Unfortunately I'm putting this back up for sale, anyone interested hit me up... Will start a proper sales thread if no interest.
£250 + post, absolute stunner, I've not even got round to building it up.
Such a shame to sell, but I'm building something more modern instead.

You utter bastard! I love the look of that frame. Good thing it's just too small for me (it is it is it is it is itis itis itisitisitisitisitisitisitisitisitisitisitisitis!)

How bloddy big are you!?
It is, without a doubt, the most beautiful frame I've ever laid my eyes on... Was my plan to switch all my 7400 onto it over winter, ready for a joyful spring.
Then the opportunity came up to have a road frame to match my fix, which I couldn't pass up.

wow, Great price. amazing frame!
Selling my beautiful Mercian road racing frame and fork. Short wheelbase; tight clearances consistent with the period. Ride quality is pretty much the best: light, stiff and responsive but ride-all-day comfortable. Darn I do not want to sell this.

Window lugs;
Campag dropouts front and rear;
Made in 1983 I believe.
Seat tube 62cm c-t
Top tube 57cm c-c

Rear dropout spacing 130mm
All threads in 100% top nick; BB shell is English thread.
