8:30/8:40 this morning saw the aftermath of an accident.
I couldn't see a bike but saw a bike helmet and the guy being put onto a spinal board (police ambulance and paramedics were already on the scene) looked to be wearing a lycra top.
I have no idea what happened as I didn't stop as there were plenty of people in attenedence. I did see a guy wrapped in a blanket at the side of the scene - I presume someone in shock.
There was a large lorry stopped just in front of the scene but I have no idea if it was stopped for a delivery (it had a fork lift on the back)or whether it was involved.
I really hope the guy is OK.
