Got a friend doing these rides next week but he needs to hire (x2) bikes either from a London based bike shop or a direct hire from you. It's not an off-road ride so there's no need for clunky MTB tires. If anyone knows somewhere that could supply bikes for this please chime in.
If you have a spare bike that you'd be willing to hire out then that would be much better (just in case he is 5’8”-5’10” and she is 5’4”-5’5”).
Alternatively if anyone knows shops in either areas that could supply the requiste bikes (save having to borrow/hire in London, then please get in touch.
If you've ridden either routes and have useful info like scenic/safer routes/parts of interest, please send it my way.
Other bits he'd like to hire include:
a GPS unit
(x2) helmets
(x1) rear light
(x2) front lights
