• I'm going to go ahead and assume it's something like 56/14 (but please correct me) which means you're doing 28.1mph at 90rpm. Fair play if you're keeping that up.

    Alternatively you just like pedalling slowly, which is fine.

    And yep, can get a move on when roads allow.....as you say pedal slower round town / uphill, but it's a good workout for legs.
    Race wise it's about right for me, pb 10 is 20 min
