Stem looking to be not that long as I'm not tall (definitely not more than 100mm), bars narrow (38cm).

Both silver in colour.

All conditions contemplated.

Seeing as I could get the bars from hubjub for £35 and the stem for £60 I'm not looking to spend more than £25 and £40 on each respectively.

Having second thoughts on the stem, still looking for bars though - preferably 25.4mm (could do 26) clamp and 38cm wide.
