working from home today so before work (before 9, honest) i've started an oxtail chilli.
1.2kg Oxtail 3 tins chopped tomato 1scotch bonnet chilli garlic 2 onions handful of majoram to be added kidney beans moar chilli
it needs to be simmered for 8-12 hours, so should be ready for eating at about 9 this evening with brown rice and sour cream.
it'll be even better on day 2 and 3 (if it lasts that long..)
after 3 hours it is already looking and tasting great, with a strong beefy flavour, and good chilli kick,
