Did the London North event this year in NikePro boxers and pink Tutu. Good fun.
Don't have all too many do's but got a random pointers.
1) Don't stop. Pausing means stopping. Just keep trucking
2) Do it in a group, makes obstacles, motivation and spirit levels easier. If you're doing it alone, make mates and have a great time with new best buds. In fact, make best buds with everyone anyway.
3) Footwear is important. Get something with lots of grip. Most people recommend things like fell-running/off-road trainers with deep rubber studs.
4) The electric eel is the worst. See #1. Just gotta force yourself through it.
5) The drop off Walking the Plank is bigger than you might expect. I didn't take a breath before jumping and it felt longer than I'd have liked before I came back up.
6) Obstacling will attractive ladies will get you into the highlight reel
7) Eating only carrot cake for breakfast 5mins beforehand is not a good idea.
