Brake pads for carbon rims

I have a pair of carbon wheels and a pair of alu wheels which I chop and change to suit so I don't want to have to keep changing just the pads over.
I'd prefer to simply change the shoes.

Right, that makes sense. Obviously the Official Recommendation is now get rid of those silly wheels and stick with the one type. NB: You get to choose which ones stay.

Buy generic replacement holders for not much ££ and then get Swisstop pads or whatever pads you want. SRAM shoes can't be that much can they?
