  • hey bp, just glad that you're aware of the potential for problematic logins from corporate locked down machines

  • Yep, definitely on the radar :)

  • using galaxy note on 4.1.2 the first letter column is not displayed

  • I believe that's when you're logged out... the login button has the phrase "Login with Mozilla Persona", and as buttons don't wrap with Bootstrap, and the button is beside the logo... it forces the page to be fractionally wider than it should be... which has the effect of chopping a bit from both side.

I've spent a little time today jigging the styles for mobile but realise I need to spend more time on it, so I'll look at this tomorrow.

  • If I try to edit my proifile name to one that already exists, I get the unpretty error:

  • Yeah, we were discussing better error messages today, so that instead of the application acting like that it would know what went wrong and show the right message.

So far our API errors are based on HTTP error codes... and that one is 400 bad request.

It's a bad request as the username is taken... but really that shouldn't freak out, it should return the 400 bad request and additional info so that the app could know why and then handle it elegantly "That username is taken, but how about this one...".

  • Right I've been shit. Though I did pop into your offices couple weeks ago but missed you.
I'm on hols for a couple of weeks but when i'm back I'm gonna be better, promise. Hoping to chat to you more about qa process and stuff, clearing the backlog of bugs and do some general updates...

  • No worries, we've been equally shit... we have hyper-focused on the bugs, closing off 61 of them and only leaving 8 low priority ones.

We get a load of feedback too and are adjusting priorities (permissions are top of the list, oh and attachments & galleries).

Anyhow, enjoy the hols and ping us in a fortnight.

    that's not shit, that's amazing!

  • There's been a speedup. For most views that show collections pages should be faster.

I was actually doing something else, fixing a bug, but as I noticed a way to make things faster I did.
