It's a huge frame, you must be very tall.
Looks like a nice steel frame in good condition. Large frames as these aren't that common so I'd keep it. Strip it down, touch up the paint. If necessary replace bits such as chain, cassette, bar tape, tyres and bottom bracket and you're good to go.
