The roads were much smoother than those used by the Hounslow 100 and I've made some aero changes as well as basically riding like I bloody meant it further from the finish - I'd dragged my girlfriend out at 4am so there was no way I was NOT going to do my sub-4hr. I was actually down on power compared to the Hounslow overall so I wonder how much was due to the course/conditions and how much was the changes. F1 was definitely paced better even if the average was lower than Hounslow - very strong last hour today.
