Bumpity Bump... Am I being a bit optimistic with the price?

I am sorting through my small track bikes and may be selling on this one if it is of interest to you.
I know the frame history from new and we could probably work something out round your budget.
PM me if interested,
there are some more pictures here :
https://picasaweb.google.com/trackkitforsale/DebbieTrackBikeOfChampions09092011
The frame is Reynolds 531, with a 27.2 seat pin and standard English threaded BB.
Top tube center to center is 49cm and the seat tube is 47cm bottom bracket height is 29cm.
The fork is not drilled the over all condition is "tatty " as it was a layered paint job of colors over a white base coat.
There is a bit of superficial rust around the lug points as you can see and it would benefit from a bead blast and respray. There are no dents or bashes on the frame that I could see this morning.
It has a Campagnolo record head set fitted.
The equipment is a mix of components from the parts bin, with a Miche 144 BCD / 165mm chain set, 3T bars and stem, Techno saddle.
The wheels are Plessier sealed bearing hubs on Mavic Montherly sprint rims with Conti Sprinter tubs .
All these can be changed for what ever you would like or split if you just want the frame and forks.
This frame was built for Debbie Wharton for the Junior world championships in 1990 as the smallest track frame that had angles steep enough to ride on a steep board track with 11 1/2 inch bracket clearance and would take standard 700c sprints.

It rides really well and has been used by a lot of our kids club racers in preference to the small Dolan bikes we have as it rides so much better.

Hey, I've got a 52cm Langster for sale. Brown one w carbon forks. Good condition. Cheers, Tom
I'm not sure if I'm being optimistic with this but here goes...
I am after a small framed bike with track dropouts, preferably a full bike but anything considered.
Budget: Around £300
Ideally I want a steel bike with tight clearances and drilled for front brake - quite specific I know.
I have considered a Fuji Track from eBay or other OTP options, but would like to see what second hand options I have.
Condition doesn't have to be perfect - as long as there are no major dings or dents or rust.
If you have anything please either post on here or PM.
Many thanks,
Andrew
