Herne Hill Saturday Training

First intermediates done. Ouch. Second half was much more my thing with seated sprints and rotation. I'll find a slightly slower group for the pursuits in the future.

Jumble was a bit lacklustre today.

I wasn't tiring at all by end of basics today so might try inters next week. Shame about the jumble, for sure. Just that weird guy with the jerseys trying to persuade me that I should buy his fucked carbon rims.
Telling me "these are £200 down Evans, mate". Yeah, cheers.
