The only markings on the gears/derailer is "Huret", sticker on the frame has a logo (possibly Huret also, see below) and says "Made in England".
No frame number under the bottom bracket, just an "S", presumably for small.
Any help much appreciated.
NB The pannier rack is not original (obvs).
