The second one is a weird one.
I used it with no top cap, I just popped a champagne cork on it.
Usually the bolt is long enough so you can run it through a top cap, not on this one.
Happy to give you a Champagne cork with it!
Did you sort out those nipple eyes on that wheel you picked up this week?
