    1. Much loved Mission Workshop Shed
    2. Moleskine notebook
    3. Lezyne pump
    4. An innertube wrapped up in two latex gloves
    5. A selection of Bic knock-offs accumulated from work
    6. PDW tyre lever/hub bolt spanner
    7. Headphones (in pouch) and iPod
    8. Exposure front and rear lights
    9. Cheapo spare rear light (RSP if I remember correctly)
    10. Krypto mini lock
    11. Park Tools hex keys
    12. Leatherman Wave
    13. M&S wallet
    14. Mobile phone (god knows what model)
    15. BRP keyring and keys

When it's all organised on the floor it looks a lot more than it actually is, I think.

This is what I usually keep in my bag and then for longer rides I'll put whatever I need into a hip pouch. I've never really needed much more while cycling around London apart from the odd paracetamol.
