The spacing on the condor is in practice a shade under 130. I assume that it was originally 130 and at some point the stays were squeezed to take a 126 or 120 rear wheel (not by me) which narrowed the dropouts by a mm or two. You can get a 130 rear hub in there with minimal effort - I was doing that for years with no problems.
