Nah, it's both too random and too regular; dropped down to 2 about an hour ago, was back up to just over 9 ten minutes ago, is back down to 2 now. Every night, within the same period. Jumps around from 2 to 9, back to 2 and then fixes itself. And it only started doing this a few weeks ago.
