Cheers ncjlee. This post was very helpful in trying to explain to my 10yr-old why I didn't think she should Instagram.
I'd begun by saying that since there's no 2002 birth option she'd have to lie, and whilst that may seem trivial now it's a slippery slope leading to self-certified mortgages and eventual home-repossession. That didn't do the trick.
She suggested I open an account on which she could post to get round the rules - I explained that following and being followed by 10yr-old girls may be considered a little odd in a post-jimmysaville world...
This produced a glimmer of agreement, but she didn't fully buy into my argument until I showed her this post and explained that instagramming your life was a bit like opening the curtains in the morning and having the above girl peering in.
Thanks to the Rat-thread I have retained authority in the home and won a little admiration from the good lady wife for my parenting efficacy.

^ front wheel size is 650B with 2.3" tyre on it. My mtb wheel on Jukka's bike. I think the fork is some Salsa fork.

Pancetti tend to make 650b stuff. I'd suggest this is the case here.

Also they don't know how to write their own name apparently.

Yep. Click on the "go advanced" button, then click the "manage attachments" button. It might fail a few times, it does that.

Make sure the image isn't too big before you upload it.
