Sorry for sounding like an idiot but I'm struggling to judge the dimensions
Is it 700c rear, 650c front? Slightly sloping too tube?
Are the dropout widths 100/126?Seat tube about 52cm c-t?
Absolutely beautiful frame either way - perhaps a little too beautiful for my beater/rat plans - interested nonetheless

...and quite pleased really!
Currently becoming lime green with a pile of parts (Nuovo Record (single 57t) with black Cobra after market alloy bolts, 3TTT, Galli brakes, 24 spoke Mavic Gold etc) awaiting.

Beautiful Mike Mullett time trial frame (frame number MM382)
Resprayed by Argos - hence the transfers
After leaving the Raleigh SBDU Mike made some of sharpest frames you could buy. I remember when we used to ride the Reading Handicap road races in the seventies he used to bring frames along - I never had one then but...
...I ended up with one not my size at all, and one of too many frames!
37.75" wheelbase and nice close clearances - note rear wheel to seat tube distance!
Pretty sure 531SL, Prugnat lugs with window cutouts, fastback seatstays with allen key seatbolt, sloping fork crown, short Campag horizontal dropouts and brazings for just rear changer.
Does not really need paint, but I had planned on doing it purple, so a new set of Mike Mullett transfers comes with the frame.
