Yes! Some movement downwards at last, hopefully thanks to way less booze and more cycling last weekend. It's only 2kgs but I can see my waist getting more definiton, face is a bit less chubs and belly seems a bit smaller.
I actually feel stronger/fitter too since I started making an effort again to get to the gym minimum of 3 times a week. Which is nice.
