910 is a bit shit for open water - but that's because GPS is crap in water.
It is pretty good in a pool, although, annoyingly, lacks any ability to programme intervals or alarms. I have no other comparison, however.
On the bike, I have binned my 705 (as I never use the maps) and it picks up ANT+ powermeters with no problems.
For slevless racing, you can't rally beat it though.
