  • You do each exercise for 90 seconds, or if you are really out of shape start at 30 and go up by 10 or 15 seconds duration as you get fitter, and transition between each one with no rest. Really power them out.
    I go round the whole set three times which is just about dead on an hour.

    Did this last night for 30 seconds each exercise - blimey that was tiring and it was only about 20 minutes in total.

    At it again tonight.
