Witnessed a female cyclist get off her bike and hurl her d-lock at two guys at Piccadilly Circus at 10am this morning. I'm not sure what they did but they were laughing and she looked pretty angry. The lock missed them and managed not to hit any passing tourists.
The bike was fixed or single speed, so perhaps she is on here and can elaborate on this curious tale?
