if you're looking in recruitment try to find places that do 'executive search' rather than recruitment agencies, and avoid places that pay commission, since search firms tend to have better training and less turnover
Hi everybody,
I'm interested in working within HR as a HR Assistant, but have had no luck in finding a job due to lack of experience. I've tried site after site, and emailed countless companies but I'm still struggling to find somewhere to work, or even get experience. If anyone could help me out in any way it will be much appreciated.
I just need a chance to prove myself. A foot in the door.
