I'm waiting for the takhion sale. It should have a more down-to-earth price tag. One just recently sold for ~350 EUR in very good condition from swedish fixed gear forum, although it had a regular fork.
As for the Laser, if one is selling through a community forum, collector prices should not be expected. There are now at least 3 newly found Lasers on the market so it's not that rare any more :) Put it on ebay if you want to have an auction. If you want to sell it here, put a price tag and wait.. and wait.. and wait.
