TM - i think i'm going to have to leave them on there now, sorry!
Does anyone know if the other carbon track forks will do the same to the Pomp RE: geometry as the BMC ones? Or should i give up on this idea altogether...
Seatpost arrived yesterday, just about ready to start outting things together this weekend.

You do right!
Why not get some carbon cross forks, or some carbon MTB forks? Track forks are genrerally pretty short...

Saddle's in the post!
I think the best pomps have straight blade cx forks - like ec90s
or Chris Borneos pomp is pretty badass!

can you not put them on and take it for a short test ride? they will probably have the same effects, but it might not be as bad as you think.
try it out and see what it does.on my 29er I switched from about 445 a-c + loads of rake to 420 a-c with very short rake. and that works perfectly well. a different beast, but hey.

Works well with the seat-tube.
By popular request, here's a photo with the BMC forks on. I have to say I doubted before, but do quite like it... thoughts?

I think the 64 it ctt
I heard these were actually 60x58.
The BMC fork looks great, if you decide against running it let me know as I've measured the Condor and it should fit.
