The frame looks very cool and all. But its pretty cross focused. A Kinesis Pro6 would be a more versatile chioce. You could fit full guards, and a small rack for Audax, yet its pretty racey geometry wise. So it'll still be a blast striped down.
Di2 alfine seems an interesting idea. There must be some sort of electrical trick to get a nice shifter set-up. A bar-end TT type, or the climber add-on type maybe.
I'd definitly keep the shifter and brake levers separate. That way you can start with a Vee brake drop levers, and proper MTB cable calipers. Which is a very decent set-up. Then look to go hydraulic when the levers become available.
Regarding the wheels. Most first chioce of spokes for disc brake wheels are the DT Swiss super comps.
