I've seen a Pista Concept with this failure and the guy got it welded back together, been like that for 3 years now I think with no problems. Just find an aluminium welder.

I think my uncle is pretty good at that stuff, so this might just be the long term solution. But the thing is, it is kind of hard to reach, since the bit that broke off is almost completely inside the part where the frame is cut to make the clamping possible.
