this frame was build by Jincycle in Korea after 2001
the "unique paintjob" is uniquely-shitty rattle can paintjob
the "non bog-standard decals" are just repro. decals
in '88 there was no Columbus Spirit Keirin tubing
the frame has no NJS mark
