I didn't see any of you guys out there.
Anyways, was a great day for laps, hardly any wind and very empty. I did 7.9 laps +1 warm up. Had epic cramp on the final lap finishing sprint. It hurts like a bitch.
21.0mph average solo. Rather enjoyed doing it fixed.
