Wanted: Please help!! Glue Tubulars

Hi,

ladies and gentlemen,

Would like to meet a lovely person to glue some tubs for me, preferences towards someone who has done this many times before and knows what they're doing.

got the wheels and tubs supplied by fellow formenger elwigleeno just need the cement and someone to do em for me.

loads of vids on you tube.....trick is to use the cement sparingly.....use a small tube rather than a big tin with a brush as that goes everywhere.....except where you want it!

Just don't use Tufo tape!...it is very strong and you might not be able to remove the tub in one piece!

never said i didn't want to learn. its just the first set i have owned and to enjoy them fully i want em done properly.

Tubular wheels are the best thing that can happen to your bike and sticking on tyres properly is simple but not easy the first time.

The skill is in the preparation and taking enough time.

Probably the best thing is to watch some one sticking them on for you and take some notes.

It's honestly a lot easier than you think, and as said, there's vids online that explain it well. Take your time prepping everything, go slow, no problem. You'll learn quicker by reading and doing it yourself than watching someone I think.
