peugeot´s are nice, but threads can cause a problem if this is your first conversion..
i would keep my eyes on something english, with a set of functional wheels, if you want a single speed.
look at the clearance of the wheels(brake reach), eyelets, and the diameter of the seatpost (a decent roadbike has + -27mm)...
those are give aways wether it's a proper roadbike or a gaspipe budget tourer..
not that a tourer is horrible.. just good tips for finding a hidden gem..
