Guided rides around Epping Forest ( aka Follow the strange tall man into the woods )

If anyone as lazy as me wants a lift from Dalston, I've got a spare seat and a spot on the bike rack. Not heading back to London after though, got to go home to Essex.

How can you be lazy if you're offering to put a person and a bike on your tandem? ;)
