She keeps apologising for the tweet and saying about how it has affected her. She apologised to the cyclist but more about how it has affected her and not in a way that is is apologising for hitting him and driving off. Uses the 'I'm a cyclist myself' get out clause. The apology is all me, me me.
In my job I have to watch body language of people all the time, I couldn't help but notice that she appears to be smirking all the way through this interview as though 'I'll say what I have to say to the cameras but really this is not what I think'.
As far as im concerned the apology is a waste of video tape. I hope the police prosecute.
