They were previously sponsored by Umbro, which was until very recently a subsidiary of Nike.
Nike have pretty much asset stripped Umbro and moved the athletes that are worth any money and the sponsorship deals along with them. Umbro will end in the hands of Mike Ashley sooner rather than later.
